Loans to Directors, Officers & Principal Shareholders

Zions will provide secured and unsecured short-term and long-term credit facilities or participate with our correspondent banks to qualified individuals or businesses. Officers and Directors may subsequently lend to the bank as proceeds or for their personnel or other business needs. Repayment sources may be bank earnings, borrower’s liquid assets or outside cash flow. Where Regulation O may restrict borrowing from the bank or the bank prefers the individual or entity borrow from a third party, Zions provides an excellent source solution.
