Recently, we have been approached by several competitors offering to INTRODUCE electronic check clearing services and it is great to be able to say.  We have been doing what you are proposing for the last two years. It is obvious that Zion’s services far exceed our competitors and it has been a great partnership which has allowed us to recognize cost savings, increased cash availability, and operating efficiencies.  We recently utilized additional cash management services because of considerable loan growth and Zion’s provided the necessary short-term funding to assist the bank during a transition period.
