Image Cash Letter, Fed Funds Line

"This is just a quick note to let you know how valuable the Zions FirstPointe and Net Deposit systems have been to the Synovus group of 40 banks. We began looking for an image clearing partner in late 2005 to help leverage our investment in image technology. At that time Zions appeared to be well ahead of the market for correspondent activity, not only from a pricing standpoint but also from a systems perspective as well. Given this, we agreed to establish a correspondent relationship and initiated image clearing in early 2006.
